Basic Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for the SBA’s HUBZone program, your business must:
- Be a small business under SBA size standards
- Be at least 51% owned and controlled by U.S. citizens, a CDC, agricultural cooperative, or Indian tribe
- Have your principal office in a HUBZone-designated area
- Ensure that at least 35% of employees live in a HUBZone
